POLICIES

1) Returns Only – No Exchanges:
We do not allow size or product exchanges. If you want a different size, request a refund via DMs. If the desired size is available on the website, you may place a new order.

2) Duplicate Items for Trying Purposes:
We do not ship orders containing two items of the same color intended for trying on and returning one. Such orders will be canceled.

3) Return Timeframe:
Refund requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unwashed and labels should be unremoved. Return delivery and service fees are 140 EGP.

4) On-the-Spot Check with Courier:
As we are sure of our quality of the products we present, you can open your package before accepting it from the courier.

5) Full Package Return Policy:
Returns must be complete — please either accept the full order or return the entire package.

6) Sale Items Policy:
Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for returns or refunds. All sale purchases are final.
